My Background
Beginning my career as a chemical engineer, I was on a mission to solve some of the toughest problems in manufacturing processes and business management systems. With a solid progression through various leadership roles over a 25-year career, I took on numerous challenges to lead and support growth at a titan Fortune 200 global company. I relocated several times around the U.S. to take on increasing depth of leadership responsibility, including multiple challenging turnaround situations.
The various environments I worked in over the years provided me profound insight into the nuanced needs of individuals and teams—emotional safety, flexibility in learning, authentic connection and support, as well as nurturing people's desire for growth and purpose—needs that are essential for teams and organizations to truly thrive. I developed a passion for co- creating the structures and support systems for people to continuously increase their capacities and excel. I fell in love with the experience of unlocking the great power of human potential. This focus provided very high returns within very demanding environments.
My Lessons as a Self-Possessed Leader
Over the years I have learned that my core essential self-growth needs to transcend typical self-improvement tactics. I had encountered the trap of continuously adding while not remaining conscious to my need to also actively subtract the behaviors and beliefs that no longer served me. This was my initiation into a deep transformative journey to discover the place of my being that I was making decisions from and how those self-imposed roadblocks were often times preventing me from effortlessly tapping into the guidance aligned with my inner truths. My evolution required radical self-honesty, emotional depth and clarity, and authentic alignment with core values.
Stability in Uncertainty
- In moments of chaos or crisis, a self-possessed leader doesn’t add fuel to fear.

Resistance to Manipulation

A Realized Freedom
The story of my transformative journey and evolution is never ending, nor is anyone's. I forever remain an enthusiastic student of life. I am most importantly a guide for my young sons because they see what it means to do what makes you feel alive and follow your heart. I am a compassionate and supportive partner for my husband, and I get to openly receive his support and love. I get to make more empowered decisions that are free from my past. I get to step forward without fearing some unknown and uncontrollable future. Because I take the time to do things that I am passionate about and that recharge me, I get to serve others and bring my creativity in ways that bring me joy. Not from a place that depletes.

I am blessed and excited that I get to continue to guide others in the journey to their own self-realizations--cultivating a better way of operating their lives and leading others that aligns with their true nature. I believe in a holistic approach to coaching that encompasses mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. By combining evidence-based techniques with personalized strategies, I empower my clients to overcome enormous challenges and cultivate a fulfilling life of freedom and abundance.
